Get Coloring!

In celebration of AIA Architecture Week we are sharing something fun–a statewide coloring book that highlights the buildings and architects that shape how we live, learn, and connect across California. From cultural landmarks to everyday spaces, each featured project tells a story, rooted in place, purpose, and people.

As you color, we invite you to stay curious: Who is this space for? How does it respond to its environment? What would you design?

You may download the free coloring book from the link above or visit your local AIA chapter for a hard copy. Our appreciation to Flewelling & Moody for generously sponsoring the printing.

Please note: the Architecture Coloring Book is for educational use only. Reproduction, publication, or distribution in any format (print or digital) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the California Architectural Foundation (CAF). About the Program

This coloring book is part of the CAF Built Environment Education Program (BEEP), alongside Architecture by the Book and KidsDraw. Originally created and launched by AIA Central Valley, the coloring book now reaches communities statewide thanks to the contributions of the coloring book team, architects, emerging professionals and students. We thank them for bringing this issue to life.
