By signing up to volunteer, you agree to:

    • Share your name, firm, region and contact email with the public on the CAF website
    • Respond promptly to any requests from educators or the general public to assist with teaching an Architecture by the Book lesson in the classroom, or speaking about your profession.
    • If engaging with a school, volunteers must agree to meet the specific requirements of a school (including obtaining a LiveScan if required.
    • Complete a post-volunteer survey, so CAF can recognize  engagement and continue to improve this program.

The California Architectural Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting excellence in architecture through scholarships, grants, and educational programs–bridging the gap between the academic and professional worlds. CAF exists to provide a mechanism for members of the AIA and the general public to contribute to an organization with a great benefit to society.
